Does Durin enforce the rules for every AI tool?
No. It enforces them for agent requests routed through Durin. Written rules and the controls you already run cover the rest.
Will it get us certified?
No. Durin is not a certification body. We prepare the evidence an assessor asks for.
What can Durin’s team see?
Only what an invited role allows. Durin keeps metadata by default and stores message content only if your admins turn on redacted capture.
Does drafting send our policies to an AI model?
Only if an admin turns drafting on. Then your description, your published custom rules with member identities removed, and workspace connection, tool and client IDs go through OpenRouter to providers with zero data retention. Durin does not store the description.
What does it cost?
Scope and price are agreed before we start. Connections are billed separately, and your first connection is free.
What happens after 90 days?
You keep the policy and the records. Controls keep running for the connections you keep enabled.
