These are proposed program terms. Legal review is pending, so they are not a contractual offer until Durin publishes them as live terms.

You make the introduction. Durin serves the customer.

Approved partners share a partner link or code with organizations that need governed agent access. The customer signs up, contracts with Durin and pays Durin directly. When Durin collects eligible revenue from that customer, the partner earns commission under the program terms.

From application to payout.

  1. Apply

    Tell us about your company and the customers you serve. You receive an application receipt.

  2. Approval

    Durin reviews each application. Approved partners get an invitation to sign in and accept the program terms.

  3. Introduce a customer

    Share your partner link or code. The customer creates its own Durin organization within 90 days and contracts with Durin.

  4. The customer pays Durin

    Durin bills the customer directly. Commission of 30% accrues on eligible collected revenue for 12 months from the first qualifying payment.

  5. Hold and release

    Each payment is held for at least 45 days so refunds and disputes can settle, then becomes available.

  6. Monthly payout

    Available balances of at least USD 100.00 are paid on the 15th of each month at 00:00 UTC after Durin reviews the run.

  • Exclusivity, territories, lead distribution, certification or training programs
  • Guaranteed earnings, approval or customer outcomes

Of eligible revenue Durin collects from the organization: paid managed connection charges before tax, after discounts and credits.

Earning period

12 months

Starts on the organization’s first qualifying payment. Payments after the period ends earn nothing.

Attribution window

90 days

The organization must be created within this many days after the link is followed or the code is entered. One beneficiary per organization.

Hold period

45 days

Commission becomes available after this hold following each payment, and only once the provider has settled the funds. Refunds and disputes adjust it.

Payout threshold

Paid in USD. Smaller available balances roll forward without expiring.

Durin reviews each monthly run before it is sent. Payouts need a verified payout profile set up through provider-hosted onboarding.

Durin payout fee

Durin does not charge a payout fee. Your bank or payout provider may apply its own transfer or currency conversion charges.

Questions partners ask before applying.

Who contracts with and bills the customer?

Durin contracts with and bills the customer directly. Partners earn commission on eligible payments and may offer their own services under a separate agreement. The program does not include wholesale pricing, sublicensing, white-labeling, billing for Durin or access to administer customer workspaces.

Can we offer our own services alongside Durin?

Yes. You can sell your own implementation, advisory or managed services to the customer under your own agreement. Durin does not provide or warrant those services, and they do not change how Durin bills the customer.

How is a customer attributed to our partnership?

Share your partner link or code before the customer creates its Durin organization. The organization must be created within the attribution window in the program terms. Each organization is attributed to one partner or referrer only, and an existing organization is never re-attributed.

What counts as eligible revenue?

Commission is calculated on paid managed connection charges that Durin actually collects, before tax and after discounts and credits. Refunds, lost disputes and credit notes reduce it, and open disputes hold it. The free first connection produces no commission.

When are commissions paid?

Each payment is held for the hold period in the program terms. Available balances that reach the payout threshold are paid on the monthly payout date after Durin reviews the payout run. Smaller balances roll forward without expiring.

Is approval or income guaranteed?

No. Durin reviews every application and may decline it. Commission depends on customers choosing Durin, paying for eligible charges and remaining customers, and on the program terms in force.

How is this different from the customer referral program?

The partner program is for businesses that introduce Durin to their clients and is approved per partner. The customer referral program is for current Durin customers and their users, who can join from the app without an application.
