Sign in to the Durin app to get your personal referral link and code. When a new organization signs up through it and pays Durin for eligible charges, you earn commission for a limited period. You do not need a paid plan to refer.

Click your name in the Durin app sidebar, choose Referrals, then accept the program terms to get your personal link and code.
Share it
A new organization must be created within 90 days after your link is followed or your code is entered.
They pay Durin
When the referred organization pays for eligible charges, 20% of the collected revenue accrues for 12 months.
Hold, then payout
After a 45-day hold, balances of at least USD 100.00 are paid on the 15th of each month at 00:00 UTC.

What does not earn commission
- Referring your own organization or one you create yourself
- Existing organizations and organizations already referred by someone else
- Tax, the free first connection, refunds, lost disputes, credit notes and credit-balance payments
- Balances in currencies the program does not pay out automatically

Starts on the organization’s first qualifying payment. Payments after the period ends earn nothing.

The organization must be created within this many days after the link is followed or the code is entered. One beneficiary per organization.

Commission becomes available after this hold following each payment, and only once the provider has settled the funds. Refunds and disputes adjust it.

Durin reviews each monthly run before it is sent. Payouts need a verified payout profile set up through provider-hosted onboarding.

Durin does not charge a payout fee. Your bank or payout provider may apply its own transfer or currency conversion charges.
Illustrative calculation

What a referrer can see.
When someone signs up through a referral, Durin shows them a notice before signup and they can remove the referral. For each referred organization, the referrer sees:
- A masked organization alias, never its name
- The signup date and referral status
- The first qualifying payment date and when the commission window ends
- Their own commission amounts
Referrers never see names, contacts, invoices, seats, connections, usage or payment details.

Questions about referring a team.
Do I need a paid plan to refer?
No. Any active member of a current Durin customer organization with a verified email can join, including members of free-plan organizations.
Does the referred team get a discount?
No. The program pays commission to the referrer only. The referred organization pays standard Durin pricing.
What if someone uses more than one referral?
The first valid referral link wins unless the person enters a different valid code at signup. Each organization is attributed to one referrer only, and attribution is fixed once the organization exists.
What is excluded from commission?
Tax, the free first connection, refunds, lost disputes, credit notes and charges paid from customer credit balance. Self-referrals earn nothing.
How do I get paid?
Set up payouts from the Referrals page in the app through the payout provider’s hosted onboarding. Durin stores only a masked destination. Balances that reach the payout threshold are paid on the monthly payout date after Durin reviews the payout run.
Can a referral be removed?
Yes. A visitor who followed a referral link sees a notice on this website and can remove the referral before signing up.
