Enable Enterprise SSO and Directory Sync

Check your organization’s package, configure identity, and plan package changes.

Check your package

SSO and SCIM Directory Sync require Enterprise. Packages apply per organization; a user can have Enterprise in one workspace and Standard in another.

  1. Open Settings → Billing in the intended organization and check Current package.
  2. Choose Contact sales to arrange Enterprise. An inquiry or payment update does not activate the package.

Configure identity

After Enterprise is assigned, an organization administrator can configure SSO in Settings → Organization. In People, use Directory settings under More identity actions, then Sync directory.

Plan a downgrade

Arrange another sign-in method before moving to Standard. SSO sign-in and restored SSO sessions lose access on their next server check. Directory setup and synchronization also become unavailable. Existing synchronized records are retained.

Troubleshooting

Identity setup still says Enterprise is required

Confirm the current organization and check its package in Billing. Contact sales if the agreed package has not been assigned. Refresh the page after the assignment; your role must still be administrator.

Frequently asked questions

What identity features remain on Standard?

Local users, groups, and invitations remain available. Both packages include access policies, approvals, and audit. Standard includes the free connection and paid connection tiers. Tenant isolation is included with Enterprise.
