Create your workspace
Create an account and finish organization onboarding.
Before you begin
Choose an administrator who can complete organization onboarding and payment setup. If you were invited to an existing workspace, accept that invitation using the intended account instead of creating another organization.
Create the workspace
Start from the Durin sign-up page.
- Create and verify your account.
- Name your organization and complete the onboarding questions.
- Complete the payment setup and workspace preparation shown in the app.
- Open your workspace. Continue with Add a provider connection to configure your first upstream system.
Troubleshooting
I was invited but cannot enter the workspace
Use the invited, verified account. Ask an administrator to check invitation acceptance and the verified account link; a local People record alone does not grant sign-in access.
Onboarding is complete but no tools appear
Workspace creation does not activate providers. An administrator must add and enable a connection, then you must complete any personal provider authorization.
Frequently asked questions
Can I explore before adding payment details?
Yes. The public MCP simulator works without an account or payment method. Production activation requires payment setup, including the first free connection.
