Revoke a member’s access

Remove organization access from a linked account.

Revoke membership

Open the linked account profile in the Admin workspace and use Revoke access where available. For directory-managed accounts, remove membership through the identity provider.

Verify the change

Confirm the authoritative membership update has reached Durin, then verify that a new request is denied. An existing client session or earlier approval cannot bypass current membership checks.

Troubleshooting

The person appears to retain access

Verify the linked identity and organization, and check directory synchronization. Compare the request timestamp with the revocation time. Client display state alone does not prove a new request succeeded.

Frequently asked questions

Does revocation erase earlier activity?

No. Historical decision records remain available under the deployment’s retention controls.
